- The approach of placements in LBSIMDS is very student centric. At the start of the III semester, pre-placement workshop is conducted to prepare the students for placements.
- Then students are counselled in order to help them identify the sector of their choice. Afterwards, they are given insights into that sector & groomed with sector specific skills.
- Students are free to choose the company/sector they want to appear for. There is no compulsion by the institute to appear in all companies visiting the institute. In fact, the T&P Cell makes special efforts to invite companies as per the sectors chosen by the students.
